There are 4 Awards presently available from B.A.R.L.S. 1/ THE WORKED/HEARD 10 LIGHTHOUSES AWARD Work or Hear 10 Lighthouses activated by any Member of this Society. This can be in any mode on any band as long as they apply to the British Amateur Radio Band Plan. No QSL Cards are required and No reference numbers need be used, just supply a list of the Lighthouses, the callsign of the member activating the lighthouses with date & time of contact. 2/ THE ACTIVATED LIGHTHOUSES AWARD Activating 10 Lighthouses is the same as above regarding operation but a minimum of 10 Stations (At least 2 BARLS Members) should be worked from each lighthouse to qualify as activated . A photograph of each lighthouse activated should be submitted by the "Activator" to be used on the certificates. N.B. Unless a photograph is submitted by the activator claims for that particular activity will be deemed VOID. ALL photographs will be returned if so requested. 3/ THE WORKED/HEARD BARLS MEMBERS AWARD Work or Hear 25 BARLS Members on Any Band/Mode 4/ (NEW) THE WORKED/HEARD OVERSEAS LIGHTHOUSES AWARD Work or Hear 10 Lighthouses activated by any Member of this Society outside of the UK. All Awards are FREE Postage & Packaging is Not 4 x 1st Class Stamps are required for each Award Claimed. This Award Scheme is ONLY available to Members of the: "British Amateur Radio Lighthouse Society" |
